Echelon paving is a technique in which two asphalt pavers operate side-by-side, laying adjacent lanes/materials simultaneously, rather than one paver followed later by another.

11 miles of HMA paving from Aurora, Illinois to Dekalb county line. A total of 131,461 TONS of HMA materials, such as Polymerized Level Binder, Stone Matrix Binder and Stone Matrix Surface were produced and shipped from our own asphalt plant in North Aurora, Illinois just for this project.

2010 Rehab of I-355
Contractor of the Year
8.1 miles of concrete (PCC) overlay from Butterfield Rd to Army Trail Rd. HMA paving on shoulders. All work performed at night.
A total of 95,485 TONS of HMA Binder and Surface materials were produced and shipped from our own asphalt plant in North Aurora, Illinois just for this project.
